Dan O’Connor, Barrister and Solicitor, has over 30 years’ experience as a trial lawyer with the Ministry of the Attorney General. He has appeared as a criminal prosecutor at all levels of trial court including jury trials. He has prosecuted a great variety of cases.

Mr. O’Connor’s area of practice include domestic abuse, assault, property offences, white collar offences, such as regulatory and fraud charges. In association, his practice includes civil litigation, debt collection, real estate and divorce matters.
Mr. O’Connor is currently a member of the Advocate Society. He is a past Director of the Board of the Association of Law Officers of the Crown. He was a member of the Judicial Advisory Committee for appointments to the Superior Court of Justice 2012 – 2018. He was Adjunct Professor of Law; University of Western Ontario 2005 – 2006. He was Chair – Provincial Offences Act Working Group 2004 – 2008 and he served on the Ministry of the Attorney General: Advisory Committee on Youth Justice, 2000 – 2001.
